The roster is free to use, and normal catalog access was not documented as requiring a public login.
The roster should be read as a current jail custody tool, not a full criminal-history report. The sheriff says current inmate photos are available in Inmate Inquiry, but a released arrestee may not return a result. The jail also notes that some inmate data is available only from 08/29/2011 forward, and court hearing or case-status questions should be taken to the court where the hearing was held.

Booking Process in Wood County
A typical adult booking path is arrest by a Wood County agency, transport to Wood County Jail, sallyport intake, identity verification, search, property inventory, booking photo, fingerprints, medical and mental-health screening, charge entry, bond or court entry, classification, housing assignment, and roster publication if the person remains in custody. The sheriff does not publish an exact roster refresh interval. If a booking is too new, the public record may lag. If a person was booked and then released before the search, the sheriff's P2C update warns that the Inmate Inquiry result may not return.

Wood County Jail uses video visitation through Combined Public Communications and InmateSales. Visits are by appointment only, can be scheduled up to 21 days in advance, and must be scheduled at least 24 hours before the visit. How to Contact a Wood County Inmate
Mail should be addressed with the inmate's name, 1960 E. Gypsy Ln Rd, Bowling Green, OH 43402. The sheriff says an inmate number is not required. Letters are opened and searched for contraband, then distributed the next day. Use pencil or blue/black ink only, and do not send packages, books, computer-printed photos, newspaper clippings, printed web pages, glitter cards, clothing, or items with fragrance, water spots, foreign smudges, or irregular appearance.

Commissary and Inmate Funds
Wood County Jail commissary is handled through Keefe Group. Deposits may be made at the lobby kiosk, through AccessCorrections, or by phone at (866) 345-1884. The sheriff says money orders are no longer accepted, fees apply, and funds are available within two hours. Inmates may order commissary up to twice weekly if funds are available, and required hygiene items come before other purchases.
